Return Policy

Bycycle Inc. will credit the Purchaser's payment for the sale price for each saddle purchased. To receive this credit, the Purchaser must return the product (saddle frame and surfaces) and all parts (templates, shims, allen wrench), freight paid and in good condition, within 90 days of receipt. Send the product to:

Bicyclists should ride the saddle at least 100 miles to determine whether it can work for them.

NOTE:

• If all parts are not returned, there will be a deduction of $5 per part (templates, shims, allen wrench).
• There will be a $20 restocking charge on the aluminum frame.
