SADDLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The BiSaddle™ comes partially assembled. The cleats on the back and bottom of the surfaces, which hold the rotational adjustment, have been pre-assembled for you. They should fit loosely over the wire at this time. If they do not, use the allen wrench provided to loosen them until they do. Two bolts and washers are loosely screwed into the front mounting holes of the surfaces. They need to be removed and reinstalled through the appropriate slots in the bottom of the wire frame and back into the front surface threaded inserts.

Double "POPS" saddle parts

Assembly steps (assuming you have all the parts and the allen wrench):

Place the surface on right wing of wire frame by slipping the adjustment cleat under the wire.
1. Take right surface (see photo) and remove the bolt with washer from the front mounting position.

2. Place the surface on right wing of wire frame by slipping the adjustment cleat under the wire. (See photos at left and below.)

Push the bolt with washer through the appropriate male or female hole in the wire frame

3. Push the bolt with washer through the appropriate slot in the wire frame and into the surface threaded insert and tighten. (This is easier to do towards the outside of the slots because the inside of the slots are almost directly under the mounting wires--they are a little to the inside of it. The length of the bolts could be a little shorter but we don't want them falling out and besides, you will only have to do this once. Put the long end of the allen wrench in the bolt until it is too tight and then use the other end.)

NOTE: See photo below for general position of surfaces in frame slots for male or female saddle adjustment.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 with the left surface. When you are done it should look like either Figure A (men) or Figure B (women) below.

Slot adjustment positions

In the photo at left, the red arrow indicates the innermost slot area, which is to be used as a starting point when adjusting the saddle for women.

The blue arrow indicates the outermost portion of the slot, which is to be used as a starting point when adjusting the saddle for men.

5. Position the surfaces in the front towards the outer end of the slots for men and towards the innermost slot position for women and snug up the front bolts. Rotate each surface to the default using plastic templates as guides (see photos below) or personally evolved position, and tighten the bolt.
NOTE: The blue template (narrow angle) is the default setting guide for men. The red template (wider angle) is the default setting for women.

6. Re-tighten the bolts in the front, and then mount the saddle on your bicycle or exercise equipment,
